attndy is a comprehensive attendance management system that allows form owners to track event attendance through QR code scanning. The system supports multiple user roles with different access levels.

QR Code Scanning Guide

• Navigate to the Scanner page from the sidebar or bottom navigation.
• Ensure you have selected the correct event (check the event card at top).
• Hold the camera steady over the participant's QR code.
• The system will beep/vibrate and display a success message when scanned.
• Use "Manual Entry" mode if the QR code cannot be scanned.
• Each submission can only be checked in once.

Reports & Analytics

• View detailed attendance records with timestamps.
• See real-time statistics: total registrations, check-ins, and attendance rate.
• Export attendance data to CSV format for spreadsheet analysis.
• Filter by specific events to view targeted reports.

Profile Management

• Upload a profile picture by clicking the camera icon on your avatar.
• Update your username and email in the Profile Settings tab.
• Change your password in the Change Password tab.
• Always log out when using shared devices.

Mobile Usage Tips

• Ensure stable internet connection for real-time check-ins.
• Grant camera permissions when prompted for QR scanning.

  Form owners can generate a new PIN from their Dashboard at any time.
• Can I export attendance data?
  Yes, use the Export CSV button on the Reports page.
